What to expect at your first visit
No pressure, no jargon. Just a friendly visit where Dr. Croft looks at your smile, answers your questions and lays out your options.

Getting Started
Your new smile in 3 easy steps
Free consultation
Meet Dr. Croft and talk through your goals. Photos and X-rays are included, at no cost to you.
Your custom plan
Dr. Croft walks you through what he sees, your options, your timeline and your costs, including insurance and payment choices.
Start smiling
On day one, our iTero scanner maps your teeth in minutes. No goopy impressions. Then your treatment begins.
Before you come in
- Fill out your new patient forms ahead of time to save a few minutes at check-in. (Sleep patients: grab the Sleep Screening Questionnaire.)
- Bring your insurance card (dental for braces and Invisalign, medical for sleep apnea).
- Bring a list of any medications, and a note from your physician if you've had a sleep study.
- Jot down any questions. There's no such thing as a silly one.
If you decide to move forward
Your orthodontic consultation is free, and that includes the photos and X-rays Dr. Croft needs to recommend a plan. If you decide to move forward, we'll go over your treatment plan, timeline and costs, check your insurance benefits, and walk you through payment options so there are no surprises.
On the day your treatment starts, we'll take a quick digital scan of your teeth with our iTero scanner. No goopy impression trays.

Common questions
Do I need a referral from my dentist?
No referral needed. You're welcome to call us directly. If you have a dentist, we'll keep them in the loop.
How long is the first visit?
Plan on about an hour. That gives us time to look at your smile, answer your questions and go over your options without rushing.
Should both parents come?
If you can, it helps. Treatment decisions are easier when everybody hears the same information. If not, we're happy to follow up by phone.
